"What I am is enough if only I can be it fully."

Carl Rogers

Welcome

Welcome, trust, and hospitality.

The person-centered psychotherapist does not aim, or not only aim, for a person to develop "self-knowledge," but above all, the possibility for the individual to experience themselves ( awareness and acceptance of their emotions, listening to the information transmitted by the body, paying attention to even difficult reactions) . Thus, I consider the person in their entirety (physical, emotional, intellectual, and spiritual) in the here and now.

I offer an atmosphere of trust in human beings, a non-judgmental perspective, and an acceptance of all their facets . The experience of this encounter helps to recover vitality, enabling one to better understand oneself and thereby to self-actualize our natural potential.

It is the therapist-client relationship that is transformative. The therapist is there as a person. Their professionalism lies precisely in being consciously present in the therapeutic relationship, without hiding behind the role of specialist or expert on the psyche.

For whom ?

For whom is psychotherapy appropriate?

Therapy is for anyone who feels the need to be listened to, understood, and supported. Just as we go to the doctor when we feel physical pain, everyone should have access to psychological, human, and holistic help.

I also think that we all go through moments of doubt (personal and/or professional choices), anxiety (feelings of loneliness, unresolved trauma, misunderstanding of our own inner feelings), loss of meaning (depression, feeling unable to “be free”), and relationship difficulties (difficulty knowing one's needs and limits, expressing oneself authentically and freely, managing conflicts).

We may experience painful events that make us feel fragile and give us the impression that we “won't make it.” Asking for help is already a step toward ourselves, for ourselves. Yes, we sometimes need outside help that is human and caring.

In therapy, we can work together over a short period of time to unblock a situation and highlight areas where it is needed.

We can also work more deeply, exploring your way of being in the world and perhaps addressing existential and spiritual questions.

It is your process that will guide the therapy, in co-creation.

Humanistic psychotherapy,
a paradigm:

Humans possess all their resources within themselves.

But he/she needs a supportive and encouraging environment to develop

It is in genuine encounters that he/she can finally be themselves.
